A: Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit before moving forward with your listing. After you pay the deposit we will send you the product listing questionnaire for you to fill out.

A: After paying the deposit, we will send you an in depth product questionnaire for you to fill out and provide you a “due date”. Communicate with us if you can’t meet the due date and we will accommodate you, but understand that we can’t start your project until you send us that information. There is a space on the questionnaire for you to tell us any additional information about you, your brand, and your product that you think we should know.

A: Unfortunately we don’t have the availability to do intro calls because of our busy schedule. Don’t worry! The product listing questionnaire will cover everything and gives you space to write additional information.

A: We offer transparent pricing on our services page. There are no hidden fees. We include basic variations at no extra cost, but if you have dozens of variations we may quote you a nominal admin fee.

A: No, the add-on is just for the EBC module copywriting plus all the standard listing copywriting. However, stay tuned we have something very cool in the works in regard to EBC/A+ images.

A:  We do offer volume discounts on a case by case basis and depends on the total amount of listings you’ll be needing help with over the coming weeks or months. Keep in mind, we help generate awesome ROI for our Amazon optimization clients at our price point even before any discounts. If you have a large product catalog of highly related products that you believe could benefit from templates and bundles, then please let us know on the contact form and we will give you a quote.

A: Yes, we follow Amazon’s TOS as they stand for your category at the time of creating the listing. Keep in mind, as a private Amazon seller and brand owner you are responsible for making sure your account and products are Amazon TOS compliant anytime in the future that Amazon changes their TOS.  That said, if Amazon updates its TOS in a way that affects your product within 15 days of delivery of your work, we will make a revision at no extra cost to you. This is a rare occurrence that typically only affects a small minority of product categories, don’t worry too much about it.
